BROWN, Ernest Wesley - Putnam

Funeral services for Ernest Wesley "Jack" Brown, 16, who died Monday from a gunshot wound in a hunting accident, at McCurry funeral home on Wednesday. Burial was made in Brick Chapel cemetery. Mr. Brown was born in Carpenterville, Putnam county, July 1, 1927. He is survived by the parents, brothers; Charles Frederick Brown U.S. Navy and Eugene Brown, U.S. Army, sister, Mrs. Helen Hunter, Indianapolis. Brown, Marcus I. 9/26/1935 Marcus I. Brown, 35, died at his home here Sunday morning. Funeral services Tuesday afternoon, with burial at Roachdale cemetery. He leaves the widow, Mrs. Myrtle Brown, and five children; Mary, Charles, and Betty all at he Rockville Sanitarin, James and Robert at home, his mother, Queen Holland of Glasgow, Kentucky.   --- thanks so much to Marilyn W for this one
